ODDZ Protocol – Privacy Policy

1. Decentralized Identity

ODDZ is a non-custodial, privacy-preserving protocol. We do not collect names, emails, or government identification. Data usage is limited to:

• Public Wallet Addresses: Required for blockchain settlements.
• Telegram Internal Identifiers: To manage session state and user notifications.
• Trading Metadata: Anonymized data used to generate market charts and depth.

2. Blockchain Transparency

Transactions are settled on the TON Blockchain. By design, transaction hashes and wallet balances are public and verifiable on-chain. We do not share private user data with third-party advertisers.

3. Asset Protection

Capital is stored in non-custodial Smart Contract Vaults. ODDZ does not have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Your security is managed by your connected wallet provider (e.g., Tonkeeper).

4. Audit Trails

Protocol logs are maintained to ensure fair resolution of disputes and to provide users with an accurate history of their trade performance.
